Urbanerds

Urbanerds is a community of people who build epic cities.

What started as a regular drinks catchup with like-minded nerdy friends has become a movement for growing epic towns and cities, from the citizens up.

We have chapters around New Zealand (and soon the world!) that meet regularly to jam, discuss, envision, feel into and nerd out what better urban living could look like.

We're into: Kids on bikes, street parties, affordable homes, belonging, universal accessibility, knowing your neighbour, indigenous urbanism, green infrastructure, effortless public transport, beautiful buildings, thriving streets, urban civics, spaces that kids find exciting!
